The hotel offered a comfortable stay with spacious rooms equipped with mosquito repellents and large, clean bathrooms. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful and jolly staff. The location was soothing, close to Anjuna and Vagator beaches, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was healthy and varied, and the facilities were well-serviced.
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms that may not be as appealing as shown in pictures, but they are big, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Being beside the pool added fun for my kids. The service is super warm and friendly, especially at the breakfast buffet. While the location is the best part of this hotel with helpful and lovely staff, it might be a bit further from the beach than expected, though the hotel assists with cheap taxi services. The dining experience, served at the Cotinga, is good but could have more variety. The hotel facilities are well-rounded, making the stay pleasant.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant had a lovely decor and the whole place felt well-appointed. However, the dining experience could use some improvement.
